Glass Tempering Line Operator

  • Must have complete knowledge of running a semi automated glass tempering furnace including controlling temperatures, heating time and other parameters to assure quality fabrication.
  • Must be familiar with all aspects of tempering and technical knowledge of horizontal tempering furnaces.
  • Must be familiar with all aspects of glass handling and cutting procedures.
  • Knowledge of running insulation glass lines a plus.
  • Excellent pay and benefits package.

Computer Software Engineer, Systems Software

POSITION TITLE: Computer Software Engineer, Systems Software

POSITION DUTIES: Develop software modules for company's ERP software, establish program specifications and translate it into Delphi programming language. Write detailed docs for program operations, consult tech manuals, learn new ways to develop programs and maintain existing skills and knowledge. Perform internet programming, write web pages in a combination of codes, such as HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, .Net, and ASP. Perform testing and implement program design, evaluate program effectiveness, install programs and conduct final tests. Maintain databases in MSSQL, MySQL, Dbase and Access. Perform network management duties. Develop, manage and test backup and recovery plans. Ensure storage, archiving, backup and recovery procedures are functioning correctly. Perform various related duties.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: MS, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field of study, and 1 year of experience. Will consider suitable combination of education, training and/or experience as acceptable.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Must have working knowledge of programming languages using Delphi, C, C++, ASP.Net, ASP, and JavaScript, and knowledge of database management systems using MS SQL Server, MySQL Server, Windows and Unix server management.
